I have an application which was working on II6 classic asp which is referring to a CGI application written in Delphi 2010 with utf-8 support without any problem. I migrate to windows 2012 r2 II8. Most of things works normal after I completed the settings except the encoding of variables. I checked CGI and asp there are exactly working correct, however something is happening between delivery from ASP (request with xml http request) to CGI application.
This application works without any bug more then year in windows 2003 server with IIS6. I couldnt figure out what is wrong.
Any ideas?
