Cookies: HTTP and SSL Only in IIS 10- Classic ASP

Hi again everyone.

I'm trying to find out how to set cookies as HTTPOnly and SecureOnly in CLASSIC ASP.

Nothing I do seems to fix it.  I've tried all kinds of tricks in my ASP, web.config (only for .net I think), etc all to no avail.
